Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid shipping label provided.

• 3.
  Pack Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and secure them in a shipping box with the label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location. Your refund will be processed once received and inspected.
